Isolation camp description:
This is a reconstruction of a SARS Patient Screening, Isolation and Care Facility, decorated by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). This Facility is Lady MacLehose Holiday Village. They assisted with designing and evaluating ventilation modifications for infection control, and developed guidelines for converting hospital rooms into SARS patient isolation rooms. During the SARS outbreak, Lady MacLehose Holiday Village became an isolation campsite for patients. It aimed to prevent the virus from continuing to spread throughout the city. In the isolation camp, each patient lived in a room with an exhaust fan and window, which helped maintain air circulation. The isolation camp also contained a staff changing room to ensure the safety of the staff and prevent infection.
